Although both balls should be the same size, it is common for one to hang a bit lower than the other. But it one seems to be larger, a closer inspection is necessary. When your scrotum is relax, like right after a warm shower, your testicle should feel smooth, firm, and be able to slip easily under the skin. With “normal” testicles, there are also a small set of tubes on the back side called the epididymis, which may or may not be felt. If you do feel any bumps, or hard areas, your balls seem to be hanging unusually low, or feel a mass that feels like a sack of worms, you should see a doctor.
