Is there a correlation between ejaculation (amount and distance) and virility?
Men with low ejaculate volume may have a low testosterone level or a blockage of the ejaculatory ducts. The most common way to tell that there’s a problem is if the sperm drips or dribbles out rather than spurting out. Also, if the sperm keeps leaking out of the penis for a few minutes after intercourse has finished, that could indicate that a blockage is present. And if, during or after ejaculation, the man feels pain anywhere, particularly in the groin, that indicates a problem. If there is blood in the ejaculate, seek medical advice. All of these symptoms can indicate a problem with either testosterone levels or a blockage that can result in infertility.
