I think I have a flatulence problem. Please help.
Are you sure? Most people pass gas up to 22 times a day. But if no one sits near you on the bus or your wife recently divorced you, you may have food intolerance. Some foods contain lactose, fructose, or carbs that our digestive enzymes can’t break down completely. Bacteria in the large intestine consume these substances, generating gases like methane and hydrogen sulfide. Constipation, irritable-bowel syndrome, and insufficient production of pancreatic enzymes can also cause gas. Tell your doctor you’d like to figure this out before your wallpaper starts to peel off.
