If a man works out a lot, does that mean he’ll have good stamina in bed?
There’s an old saying in the field of urology: “What’s good for the heart is good for the penis.” That means that things like losing weight, eating a healthy diet, and exercise will all help a guy maintain his sexual prowess. As a general rule, healthy, fit guys will have a more reliable and robust sexual response. Of course, that may not mean they have more “stamina.” In younger guys, it may mean they’re more apt to ejaculate faster than a sedentary guy who smokes and drinks a lot, at least in the first orgasm of the night.
