4 Useful Tips On How To Eat Healthy At Your Desk

3. Try to move around a bit.

The one positive aspect of going out to buy your lunch is the walk to and from the restaurant or store. That little bit of walking goes a long way when you add it up. The alternative is nearly no exercise whatsoever. If you do choose to bring your lunch, maybe take the time to step outside to buy yourself a drink or a bag of chips. This way you get the benefit of healthy, home prepared meal and a nice walk outside of the office.

4. Clean your desk.

This is not just for hygienic purposes, but also to keep the critters away. For one thing, you put all types of nasty stuff on that desk throughout the course of the day. If you’re putting your food on that desk, that means that you’re probably ingesting a least some of it with your meals. On top of that, there are plenty of ants, mice and cockroaches that would be more than happy to clean up all those crumbs and spilled drinks you left unattended for you. All you have to do is just leave them out and your four and six legged buddies will get right on it in no time.
